Remain Stress Free During Exams

Here are some simple tips of enable you to stay focused and relaxed before and during the dreaded exams!!   

Make sure that you have an efficient study schedule which allows you to properly prepare for the exams.  This means there will be no cramming the night before and you will enter the examination room with a clear mind and full of confidence

Try to get at least 7 hours sleep at night. Lack of sleep can have a negative impact on thinking and recall skills.

Have a good balanced diet Eat plenty of foods containing zinc such as liver, beef, eggs and cashews.  Berries, fruits, spinach are good for calming the nerves along with spices such as ginger and turmeric.  Keep off caffiene and alcohol so cut out Vodka Red Bull and drink soothing herbal teas.  

Take a break from the revision and do some exercise.  Exercise such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming or cycling will reduce stress and promote confidence.
