I rented a lovely student house from Cool Pads. The price was cheaper than some of the other properties my friends were living in but our house was a nicer place and in the west end which is much better than Sincil bank where we lived before. The washing machine broke and we had it replaced with a new one. We all had big double rooms too.

We were recommended by one of our freinds to contact Cools Pads Student House Lincoln. They were really friendly and have very reasonable rents. We stayed in the same house for two years and have absolutely no complaints. Great Landlords who were easy to contact and quick to sort our any problems we had.

Not having rented private student houses before having always stayed in the University accommodation I was worried I might be conned. A lot of the agents made things very complicated. Thankfully I found Cool Pads who provide student accommodation in Lincoln. The majority of their houses are in the West End which is what we wanted so we could be in the centre. We viewed the houses, Sally took the time to go through all the paperwork, answring all my questions and explaining in detail. She was happy to explain everything again to my Dad over the phone. As a result we chose one of their student houses. We paid exactly the rent that we had been told and there were no hidden extras. This was not the experience of some of my friends who went with the bigger agents were there was lots of extra costs.

We were shown round a number of student houses by Sally who was happy at the end of the day to let us go back and have a second viewing of the 2 we liked. When we had chosed we signed the paperwork and that was it. We were always really grateful for any maintenance problems that occurred during the tenancy were sorted out quickly.

Forget the big agents on they are too impersonal and do not care if you have a problem. We went through Cool Pads. You just need to search student accommodation Lincoln and click on Cool Pads For Students. Their approach is really friendly. Sally helped us a lot. When we moved into the house everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Cool Pads were happy to invoice for rent only after our student loans had come through which was a big help. We cannot recommend them enough. Thanks.

Once our central heating boiler broke down on Friday night late November. It was freezing. A call to Sally at Cool Pads and within one hour some electric heaters were delivered. Whats more and a new boiller was installed on the following Monday morning. Thats what I call service.
